Dave and Christie Merrick are a husband and wife Real Estate team serving the northern suburbs of Metro Atlanta, including Alpharetta, Cumming, Milton, Gainesville, Dawsonville and surrounding areas. Dave and Christie work together to provide their clients the highest level of service and experience.
 

Dave spent much of his childhood in Latin America as the son of missionary parents. As a result, he has a warm and easy-going personality and speaks Spanish fluently. A resident of Atlanta since 1985, he left a career in financial planning to sell real estate in 1999 with RE/MAX and is now an agent with Chapman Hall Realty, one of the oldest and most prestigious brokerages in the metro Atlanta area. He is always willing to go beyond expectations to satisfy his real estate clients. He holds the designation of Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist.

Dave has a passion for real estate but also feels it is important to give back to others. As such, he travels twice a year to be involved in mission efforts in Colombia and Ecuador. He has a love for travel, cultures and interesting foods.

Christie is an Atlanta native and has held various corporate positions ranging from administration to marketing. She works to make sure transactions sail through the closing process smoothly. Christie is an avid reader and a musician. She sings with the Lanier Chamber Singers, an elite ensemble based out of Gainesville. She also volunteers with the North Georgia Pregnancy Services Center which provides free pregnancy testing, free ultrasounds, free STI testing, and counseling and support to expectant mothers. Christie shares Dave's love for travel and supporting mission work.
